Downtown Excelsior Senior Pictures: Casual and Timeless Looks

We kicked off her senior session walking the main street of downtown Excelsior, where brick walls, neutral storefronts, blooming flowers, and charming architecture created gorgeous backdrops. For this first look, Eva Mae wore stylish jeans paired with a flowy spaghetti‑strap tank — a look that felt both relaxed and timeless.

Her long brown hair was silky smooth, and her natural freckles made her eyes truly pop in every shot! We strolled along the sidewalk, pausing wherever the light and backdrops felt amazing, capturing variety with minimal stress.

Whether framed by brick, pops of florals, or white storefronts, these images reflect that effortless mix of personal style and classic scenery that makes senior pictures in downtown Excelsior so special.

After exploring the main street, we headed behind the buildings where a set of wooden steps offered a simple yet striking backdrop. Eva Mae sat with the most natural, beautiful smile — the kind that photographers dream of capturing.

Then, since golf is one of her favorite passions, she brought out her golf clubs for a few shots in the grass nearby. These images brought a personalized twist to the gallery, showcasing a real part of what makes her her. I highly recommend adding your own personal interests (sports, hobbies, music, whatever it might be!) to your senior pictures. Golden Hour at Excelsior Beach

For her second look, Eva Mae changed into the most beautiful pink and white maxi dress — soft, feminine, and perfect for movement. Barefoot at Excelsior Beach, the golden sun filtered through the trees and shone across the lake behind her, giving the light a truly magical glow.

Here, she ran barefoot, twirled, and shook out her long hair, soaking up the moment and the gorgeous light. Each pose felt carefree and full of life, and the combination of the flowy dress and shimmering golden light created images that are both stunning and honestly, just HAPPY!
